Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and cracked pepper.

  4. Add minced garlic and freshly grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for 1-2 minutes.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
