Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and paprika, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Chop 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes into quartered wedges. Add to the mixing bowl with seasoned oil and toss until well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and toss again.
  5. Carefully place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Set your air fryer to cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C), shaking halfway through.
  7. Once crispy and fork-tender, remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces or as a side dish.
