2. Cut the pork into long strips, about 1 inch wide and 2-3 inches long. Place the pork strips in a large ziplock bag.
3. Pour the marinade into the bag with the pork. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the pork, making sure each piece is coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
