6. Repeat the process with the remaining grape leaves and filling.

7. Place the dolmades in a large pot, seam side down.

8. Pour the vegetable broth over the dolmades and bring to a boil.

9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the grape leaves are tender.

10. Remove the dolmades from the pot and arrange them on a platter.

11. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce.
